PHILIP TIBBS, PRESIDENT

Philip Tibbs, has a very strong background in the areas of information systems and has produced significant documentation on health care, environmental health, voice/speech interfaces, wireless technology, e-authentication issues, e-business and synergy of technology, Radio frequency ID (RFID), security of the internet and privacy-human rights issues and Cybersecurity in many different areas. His knowledge and expertise in the area of green technology is extensive and based upon experiences in the public/environmental health study both academically and at governmental levels. The ergonomic and technology aspects of bioengineering and human interface are another interest and research area for Mr. Tibbs. He has managed staff and made corporate decisions that will serve to advance the firm, working cooperatively with other firms, governments, and nations in all areas of the world. All of these interactions have resulted in positive development and the consulting expertise continues to expand. Mr. Tibbs is also a lecturer on the American social dynamic. The human experience shared by his ancestors is the subject of a series of speeches that are multimedia-based and continue to evolve and be presented both in the United States and internationally. Mr. Tibbs is a co-founder of International Technology Company-ITECO and Ironclad Technologies. ITECO has an energy and waste management set of solutions based in the USA but with global reach and goals for the world to gain from the technology and policy directions the firm is moving towards. “To use what we have to make energy & reduce waste totally”. Ironclad Tech-Global- http://www.ironcladglobal.com/ is a cybersecurity IT consulting/solutions firm that has Unique and novel capabilities for securing data with encryption and security algorithms. The firm of TIS is made up of other equally talented and diverse individuals who bring their own skill sets and expertise to make the company stronger and able to solve complex issues for business and social opportunities.

LOUIS HAMPTON, CHIEF PROJECTS/OPERATIONAL OFFICER

Louis (Lou) Hampton has 20 years of combined Information Technology Software Development, Infrastructure and Resource Management experience with a focus on project and program management. Mr. Hampton is a former Director - Program Management with Convergys Corporation and in his most recent experience, Lou served as a Sr. Program Manager within the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) for the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), a State of Georgia IT Authority, and Enterprise Portfolio Management organization. Louis successfully delivered IT Consulting and Governance support and Project Management training on behalf of GTA and work closely with State Agency leaders assisting them with realizing the business benefits associated with the investment management decisions they choose to undertake.

Lou currently serves as the Principal Consultant with Hampton and Associates IT Consultants and a Partner with Tibbs Information Systems Inc. (TIS, Inc.) for the past decade. Within his Senior Advisor role, Lou offers custom IT consulting services that focuses on improving organizational results through leveraging the benefits afforded through conducting effective project, program management and business analysis support. Lou has also served as a part-time instructor within the project management program for Clayton State University’s Center for Continuing Education which is located in Morrow, Georgia.  

JULIO RICHBURG, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Richburg has an extensive background in banking and the financial services industry. He has held senior levels at major banking institutions in the U.S., and also has international experience in business and commerce. Mr. Richburg is also involved with operations for our firm in regions of Latin America and other markets worldwide. His background and expertise have been especially in light of TIS's expansion efforts. His addition continued his more than three decades long association with President & CEO, Philip Tibbs.
